As the Company grew, other issues started to show…
Winning enough work to keep people busy, employees making costly mistakes, people not paying, HR issues, cash flow – the list goes on.
4 years in, things started to get really tough.
I had a colleague who was doing really well at the time, and he introduced me to an acquaintance that somehow knew all the problems and issues I was experiencing.
I was intrigued.
This acquaintance turned out to be a business coach who had started a number of successful businesses.
He started working with me as a mentor, and in such a short time, the impact he had made dramatically changed the course of my business and life.
Problems that once used to cause huge set-backs, were now getting solved quickly, and stress-free.
My company grew to over 50 staff with $12.5M in revenue per annum, and it was at this point that I started to work with and help other business owners implement the things I had learnt over the years.
After a brief break, and some R&R traveling around Australia with the family, I established Trade Advice with the mission to help other business owners in trades and services achieve higher levels of success.
